Eligibility and Physical Standards
For this recruitment, candidates must have passed 10th, 12th, or hold an ITI degree. Physical fitness is also mandatory. Candidates' minimum height should be 165 centimeters, weight 50 kilograms, and chest size 81.5 centimeters. These standards are determined according to the strict regulations of the Indian Army.
The age limit has been set at 18 to 25 years. However, relaxations have been provided to candidates from reserved categories. SC/ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, OBC candidates 3 years, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates 10 years.
Selection Process and Salary
Candidates will be selected based on a written examination and document verification. The written exam will consist of a total of 150 multiple-choice questions from Reasoning, General Awareness, English, and Numerical Aptitude. Candidates who pass the examination will be called for document verification.
