Deoria. A sensational case has emerged from the Patherdeva region — a married man with three children, ensnared a 20-year-old woman in a love affair and suddenly absconded from home. He broke his promise to his wife and fled, leaving his children behind.
Details of the Incident
The man and the woman are both said to be residents of the same village. Upon learning of the incident, the woman's family and the man's wife have both filed separate complaints at different police stations. Previously, a complaint had been filed by the wife, alleging that her husband was involved in a relationship with another woman.
Following this, the man had made a written promise to the State Women's Commission that he would end the affair and remain with his family. But shortly after, he broke his promise and absconded with the same woman. It is reported that the man previously worked as a milk vendor in the village, and now works outside — it is said that his earnings have also improved recently. Station House Officer (SHO) Vishal Upadhyay stated that the investigation into the matter is ongoing and both parties are being questioned.
