Ayodhya. In connection with the life-threatening attack on advocate Alok Singh near Ramghat on October 2, police have arrested four accused. The arrested accused include Mohit Pandey, a resident of Lavkushnagar, his brother Dharmveer, Suraj Nishad, and Ataullah. Police have also named Anoop Gupta as an accused for orchestrating this attack.

On the evening of October 2, Mohit Pandey shot Alok Singh near Ramghat. Local residents apprehended Mohit, beat him, and handed him over to the police. Alok Singh is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Lucknow.

According to the police, Mohit's brother Dharmveer had filed a First Information Report (FIR) a few months ago, accusing Alok Singh of assault. Subsequently, Alok Singh had filed an FIR against Dharmveer through the court.
The FIR filed by Alok's brother Brijesh accuses Mohit, Dharmveer, Dheeraj, Suraj Nishad, and unidentified individuals of the attack.
