The Night of the Murder
On the night of September 13, Jahangir and Shahjahan, who were traveling on a motorcycle near Ramnagar, were shot by unknown assailants. Both brothers collapsed and died at the spot.
Initiation of the Case
The investigation revealed that the murder was committed in connection with a business transaction dispute. The main conspirator, Kaleem alias Tunna, had plotted against Jahangir and Shahjahan, alleging that Jahangir had not returned his money and had humiliated him.
Arrests
Police have arrested three suspects — Kaleem alias Tunna, Intikhab ul Mukhtar, and Muazzam alias Sacche. The arrested accused confessed that Kaleem was already in jail and had planned the murder by commissioning shooters. When the time for the murder came, Muazzam assisted the shooters and brought them to the scene.
